    • Act as execution lead, closely partnering with the Product Manager and Program Management
    • Ensure alignment of strategy and execution
    • Establish solution, program, and team objectives
    • Facilitate alignment between program and scrum teams
    • Work cross-functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution
    • Coach, mentor, and foster collaboration across the agile release train
    • Facilitate the execution of agile release train events and processes such as program increment planning and events
    • Establish and manage the annual cadence and program increment and iteration calendar
    • Track the execution of features and capabilities
    • Facilitate feature and capability estimation and decision making related to priorities
    • Manage risks and dependencies
    • Track and escalate impediments


    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent and 8 years of experience
    • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience and knowledge of the theories
    • 8+ years facilitating and executing agile program and team objectives
    • 8+ years managing risks and dependencies
    • 5+ years establishing, managing, and executing release train events and processes
    • Experience providing leadership, direction, and coaching to Scrum teams and Scrum Masters
    • Experience using AgileCraft methodologies involved
    • Experience working in a SAFe Program Layer
    • Ability and experience providing program-level leadership and driving program-level ceremonies
    • Experience with large-scale, web-based applications hosted on cloud (e.g. AWS)
    • Certified SAFe Agile
