    Responsibilities

    The Customer Support Specialist will work under the direction of our Partner Services Group within our Grants Technology line of business.  

    • Identifying and resolving end-user issues or other support needs through email, phone, chat or on-site meetings.
    • Conducting user acceptance or system testing on behalf the Partner in support of system releases.
    • Assisting the team with pertinent communications to Partners as it relates to their business process, system updates, or other grants management news.
    • This is a temporary position.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma plus 1 year of experience working in an office environment in a customer facing or administrative role.
    • Demonstrated analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills and team work skills.
    • An intern must take direction well and be motivated self-starter.
    • He/she must be open and excited to learn new technologies.
    • He/she must have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
    • He/she should be customer service-oriented and learn techniques to best serve clients.
    • He/she should be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
