The Project Manager will serve for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract-level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the task order-level COR(s), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
The Project Manager will support senior level leadership to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software and service applications in support of achieving program objectives. Additionally, the Project Manager will provide support from Project Initiation through deployment including documentation review, presentations, status reports, budget tracking, and resource management throughout the production life cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple teams including: governance, architecture, modeling, design, and development teams.
Responsibilities also include:
Managing the formation of a software development and integration factory that includes: business process modeling, rapid and iterative development cycles, and integration efforts. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for: Monthly Progress Reports, Weekly Status Reports, Meeting Agendas and Minutes, EVM Reporting, Managing a full lifecycle team - Requirements, Development, Testing/QA, Documentation, and Tier 2 Help Desk.
Other responsibilities include: vendor management, tools integration, and training.
