Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Rockville, Maryland!  

  • Agents work to resolve end user community issues/questions on multiple systems (via phone, email or Live Chat) using established processes and training or escalation to Tier 3 teams.

Qualifications

 

  • High School Diploma and 5 years of call center support experience.
  • Candidates must be able to multi-task, handle large, diverse workload and work without supervision. 
  • Strong communications, computer systems skills and experience in a Call Center and/or Live Chat are required.
