We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst/Technical Writer located onsite McLean, VA.


    • Works effectively with teammates; collaborates on shared work products and related tasks to ensure best solution derived.
    • Updates and/or creates project documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), installation instructions, training materials and  administrative guidelines to program objectives.
    • Gathers, composes, and/or verifies technical information for project plans, system configurations, gap analysis, requirements and test reports to support EPLC documentation requirements
    • Supports the delivery and maintenance of project deliverables including progress reports, meeting minutes, risk and action items and decisions.
    • Engages in formatting, editing, and quality assurance on own work and the work of others.
    • Participates in team agile tasks and sessions such as scrum, unit testing,  sprint planning and retrospectives.




    • Must be eligible for an FDA and SEC public trust clearance.
    • Entry level business and process analysis; generation of functional & non-functional requirements experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
    • 2-4 years of experience
    • Duties includes quality assurance, documentation management and translation of technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical users and supports EPLC and SDF activities
    • Use of JIRA and Microsoft SharePoint tools are a plus
    • Agile and Waterfall Methodology
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
